1. Storage Location of Personal Information

2. Retention Period of Personal Information

Generally, during your use of Yunwen Technology’s products and/or services, we will retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless otherwise provided by applicable laws, regulations, or national normative documents.

Specific reference laws include:
1) Article 21 of Chapter III of the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China stipulates that technical measures shall be taken to monitor and record network operation status and cybersecurity incidents, and relevant network logs shall be retained for no less than six months in accordance with regulations.
2) Article 31 of Chapter II of the E-Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China stipulates that information on goods and services and transaction information shall be retained for no less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction; where laws or administrative regulations provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail.

After the above period expires, or after you actively request the deletion of your personal information or cancellation of your account, we will delete your personal information as soon as possible in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, unless applicable laws, regulations, or national normative documents require the retention of such information for a longer period.

After you terminate your use of the Yunwen Technology platform, Yunwen Technology will stop collecting and using your information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities. When relevant services of Yunwen Technology cease operation, Yunwen Technology will notify you by means including notices and announcements, and will delete your personal information retained on its servers within a reasonable period.

V. Your Personal Information Rights

As a user, you have the following rights:

1. To access what personal information has been collected about you;

2. To correct inaccurate or outdated information;

3. To request deletion of data you no longer wish to retain;

4. To withdraw consent previously given.

VI. How We Protect Minors’ Personal Information

1. Yunwen Technology attaches great importance to the protection of minors’ personal information, and we will protect minors’ personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
2. If you are a minor under the age of 14 (hereinafter referred to as a “child”), we will obtain the consent of your parent or other guardian before collecting your personal information.
3. When processing children’s personal information, we will take the following measures to protect it: for children’s personal information collected, in addition to complying with this Policy’s provisions on users’ personal information, we will also follow the principles of legitimacy and necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, security protection, and lawful use.
